Collect samples from everyone being tested and mail the swabs back to Genetic Discovery. Once the laboratory receives the samples, testing will be completed in 5 business days. For a DNA test to be used in court, your DNA samples need to be collected by a professional at a laboratory or hospital. Genetic Discovery has thousands of collection sites across the country where we can send you and your family. The testing process can be initiated with a deposit of $100 which will be applied to the cost of testing. Once we receive your deposit, we will make the appointment for you at your earliest convenience. If possible, we can even get you an appointment same day. Once your DNA samples are collected, the laboratory or hospital professionals send them to Genetic Discovery for testing which takes 5 business days to complete.
